Mario Cart. Why I hate it.
The problem with Mario cart is it is unfair. You are crusing along in first, seconds away from total victory, when the dreaded Blue Shell comes into view, and its all over. Miserable 6th.
This in itself is not a problem. Many games have slightly unbalanced systems, and this does not matter if you can take advantage of the imbalance as much as you suffer from them. This is true in Mario Cart, but Mario Cart is so cute.
It lulls you into a false sense of security. Subconsciously, you assume the game is easy. It is not, and it is more galling that this game for children is beating you.
